NGDC "Night time lights" product as the SABR GIS layer

Night time lights database is gridded with the 2.5 deg step with the grid cell values propotinal to the light observation frequensy.
The image is displayed after selection of the corresponding check box in the map server legend.
The layer supports standard map server functions like zoom.
It is possible to overlay the night time lights image with over GIS layers, for example cities.
