Night Time Lights overlayed with the DMSP mosaics

The overlay of Night Time Lights product with the DMSP mosiacs gives a simple way to compare the NGDC stable lights database with the lights visible on the current image.

To display the night time lights in the mapserver window, the user has to select this layer in the "Layers of the map" legend. Moving the cursor crosshair over any of the images is correlated with the location of the second crosshair on the other image.
